We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns are not accepted for:
• change of mind
• wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer
• items damaged after delivery
• custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• a clear photo of the item
• a photo of the packaging
• your order number
I will gladly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:
• damaged items
• defective items
• orders officially confirmed as lost by the postal service
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

If a return is approved:
• return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged
• the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
